Humor Chic Racism Alert - Nelson Mandela, when racism advances

South African police are investigating an image posted of a white man with a hunting rifle, grinning and kneeling over the body of a black boy. The picture was published on the front page of South Africa's Sunday Times along with a plea by the police for any information on the man in the picture.
The undated picture is on the social networking site in the profile of a user called "Eugene Terrorblanche", a play on the name of the murdered leader of the Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB). As of yesterday, "Terrorblanche" had 590 "friends".
The police are investigating this Facebook racist, who has concealed his identity, for very good reason and we believe the public should assist [them]."
The national director of public prosecutions, Menzi Simelane, tweeted: "Race crime legislation is needed in SA" and DA leader Helen Zille said she was horrified by the picture.
"Whether or not the picture is genuine, it represents a scene of extreme violence perpetrated against a child by a man. The intention is to evoke racial hatred and polarisation," she said.
By yesterday afternoon, 25 Facebook users had removed themselves from Terrorblanche's contact list after authorities suggested that anyone who viewed the picture and failed to report it could face prosecution. SOURCE: Sunday Times

This deplorable incident takes us back to that terrible and shameful moment in  history, apartheid, the racial segregation of blacks in South Africa perpertrated by whites as from 1954. The main man behind the ideology of apartheid was Prime Minister Hendrik Frensch Verwoerd (whom can be trully called the "architect of apartheid", and held his post from 1958 until he was murdered in 1966). Vorwoerd defined apartheid as "the policy of good of neighbourliness"
"Unite! Mobilize! Fight on! Between the anvil of united mass action and the hammer of the armed struggle we shall crush apartheid!", this was the slogan that launched Nelson Mandela, the leader in the fight against apartheid, who after 28 years in prison and after becoming head of State, was able to put an end to apartheid.
And to think that only a few days ago, the world of fashion witnessed yet another hideous racist episode. We are referring to that foul article written and published by Vogue Italia, who decided to turn slavery into a glamourous trend to be worn... in their sea of idiocy and total dementia.
