Humor Chic Special profiles - Jenna Sauers and Connie Wang, the girls next door

Cannibalism Chic by aleXsandro Palombo

Once upon a time, a long time ago, if you there was no more sugar in the house or you had run out of something, you immediately thought of asking your next door neighbor for some! Those were fabulous times. People had that sense of warmth, friendliness, respect and kindness that always made everyone feel like one big family, really a great feeling! Today, fuck, if you try to smile or ask someone for something you happen to need you get landed with a harassment suit! We live in a difficult society, but people have their reasons all the same. If you go for a walk you risk getting raped. If you’re a kind-hearted lover you risk finding yourself shacked up with some idiot who doesn’t want you to see anyone else and decides to destroy you and your family. If you send a nice reply to a friendly email he turns out to be a sex fiend. If you ask the neighbor for a cup of sugar you risk being vivisected and stored in the freezer. In short, it’s a shambles. But luckily some people are still human.
Today Humor Chic is going to introduce a couple of them to you. They’re two adorable hit bloggers, really very pretty, hmm ... I was saying just sweet, hmm, intelligent, smart and above all attentive to everything happening in fashion and especially the changes taking place. Their names? Jenna Sauers is a contributor to the feminist blog Jezebel and Connie Wang Associate Editor at Refinery29. There is no indication of whether the two lovely ladies have ever met up, or whether they love or hate each other, but they certainly know of each other (they’re among the sharpest commentators in the fashion blogosphere). And if they were ever to really and seriously get together then there would be trouble for everyone! For the time being it’s better for both of them to remain at a distance. We already enjoy them too much like that! Oh, I forgot, if you need milk, sugar, a cup of coffee ... hmmm, and something else, hmmm ... they’re always available ... real next-door girls!

Au revoir chicest
